Conference Organizers Should Think

If you think:

  • If you think that your attendees won’t go for that – They will
  • If you think that your attendees won’t try that – They will
  • If you think that it is too “techy” for your attendees – It isn’t
  • If you think that it is too radical for your attendees – It isn’t
  • If you think that your attendees are not ready for “it” – They are
  • If you think “it is just not their style” – It is
  • If you think that it is too difficult to implement – It isn’t
  • If you think that the status quo will get better – It won’t

Don’t listen to the voice in your head, it is just telling you what you want to hear.
