6 Tips For Helping Attendees Navigate Travel Disruptions

For our third live broadcast, we discussed travel and the various disruptions your attendees may encounter. Right now, with staffing problems, hot weather, and continued worries over Covid, there are plenty of possible ways your attendee’s travel can and will go awry. Hopefully, our tips will go some way to stopping that from happening.

During our chat, we mention managed travel. To find out what that is and how it can benefit you and your attendees then listen to our podcast episode with Elliot McNamee from AmTrav.

Our tips include

  • Booking through the airline
  • Catch the first flight of the day
  • Where possible fly direct
  • Upgrade to be first in line
  • Travel on a Wednesday
  • When possible, only bring a carry-on

Bonus tip – assume something will go wrong and plan for it!
