I have given it a try and I have to say that the site is easy to use (just enter a keyword) and let SocialMention do the rest.
I will say that I am a bit perplexed by the “negative” category as it popped up some of my own tweets and I am pretty sure that I did not bash myself… but, I did not read the instructions either.
