12 Tips That Will Help Event Marketers Increase Twitter Conversion Rates

Twitter is an amazing vehicle for interacting with attendees and members. The size and scope of Twitter’s reach are just staggering, and I think that every group regardless of size, will find that many of their members can be found sailing through the Twitterverse, clicking links, meeting cool people, and having a grand old time.

But…  just because you are there and they are there does not a relationship make. To have a relationship that kinda requires a little bit of work on your part. You actually have to be approachable. Think of it like this. Twitter is a little like your neighborhood bar. You can come in, day after day, month after month, and never have a conversation with the person sitting next to you, especially if you are the quiet type who never looks up from the bottom of your glass. You might not realize that the person sitting next to you could be your best friend, a colleague, an attendee, a speaker, or a hundred other things.

Here are 12 simple tips from Hubspot that will help you be more approachable, a better communicator,  and dare I say a little more cool, which will help you to build stronger relationships with members and attendees.
